Accompagné par le technicien du secteur, notre mission est de traiter les colerettes Zamack par différents bains.
Le produit fini est une colerette finition chrome 3 ; c'est l'un des composants qui intégre notre gamme de boutons poussoirs dont le produit phare que tout le monde connaît le bouton d'arrêt d'urgence.
votre mission consistera à
Conduire la chaine de chromage
* Savoir mettre en route et piloter la chaine de chromage,
* Régler la chaine en assurant le remplacement des balancelles en fonction des urgences,
* Savoir décrire et analyser les dysfonctionnements et pannes selon une démarche méthodologique (Décrire Comprendre Agir).
* Assurer la maintenance préventive de niveau 3 de la chaine,
* Décider du recours aux spécialistes en fonctions des aléas : Méthodes ou Maintenance moyen
* Proposer des actions d'amélioration dans la conduite de la chaine de chromage
Analyser les bains de traitement
* Réaliser et analyser les analyses chrome, de la préparation de surface
* Réaliser les mesures d'épaisseur du dépôt de chrome
* Réaliser et analyser les cellules de HULL
* Etre capable de différencier les défauts avant et après chromage
* Assurer et maitriser l'entretien des bains
* Savoir effectuer les contrôles qualité
Piloter la Station de Traitement des Eaux Usées (STEP)
à partir du mode opératoire de la station
* Savoir mettre en route la station d'épuration d'eau (cf.
HYTEC, CALLISTO, Evaporateurs et Décyanuration)
* Surveiller et gérer l'opérationnalité de la station de traitement
* Alerter et prévenir de tous disfonctionnements des installations suivant le processus d'escalade appliqué dans le secteur.

Siamo alla ricerca di una figura tecnica con esperienza da inserire nel team di Ingegneria dell'Ufficio Tecnico Services, per attività di progettazione elettrica orientate all'ammodernamento di impianti esistenti, anche multimarca, nel settore della distribuzione elettrica in media e bassa tensione.
Sarà coinvolta in progetti di aggiornamento e modifica di impianti elettrici esistenti, con l'obiettivo di valutare le soluzioni più idonee a sostituire componenti obsoleti garantendo almeno le stesse funzionalità elettriche, nel rispetto dei vincoli di spazio e delle condizioni di fattibilità.
In particolare, l'aggiornamento riguarderà componenti rilevanti come interruttori MT e BT, relè di protezione, parti elettromeccaniche dei quadri e l'ampliamento di quadri esistenti, sia con scomparti della stessa famiglia sia mediante sistemi di adattamento per quadri compatibili ma differenti.
Il ruolo richiede una solida formazione in ambito elettrico, integrata da competenze di base nella progettazione meccanica, indispensabili per valutare e implementare modifiche strutturali ed elettromeccaniche.
Sarà fondamentale individuare il miglior compromesso tra aspetti tecnici, economici e realizzativi, assicurando la piena coerenza tra le parti elettriche e meccaniche coinvolte.

Il Progettista Meccanico è responsabile delle analisi preliminari e della progettazione durante lo sviluppo di progetti speciali.
