* Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs), productividad, costos, calidad, seguridad y servicio al cliente, implementando acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
* Participar en los Performance Dialogs (PD) tácticos, liderando la revisión semanal de KPIs de FC OpEx (productividad, variación, dispersión, tiempo de arranque y cierre de turno, horas directas e indirectas, horas extras, ausentismo, QA y H&S), el seguimiento de planes de acción y la comunicación efectiva de resultados, asegurando la implementación de mejoras y el escalamiento oportuno de desviaciones críticas.
* Asegurar el cumplimiento de los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (SOPs), Instrucciones de Trabajo (WIs) y estándares corporativos de DHL.
* Coordinar la atención de requerimientos de clientes internos y externos, así como el seguimiento de reclamos y oportunidades de mejora.
* Participar en auditorías internas y externas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los sistemas de gestión, calidad, seguridad, compliance y regulaciones aplicables.
* Liderar reuniones operativas e interdepartamentales con áreas de soporte como Calidad, Recursos Humanos, Seguridad, Compras y Finanzas.
* Dar seguimiento al desempeño financiero de la operación, incluyendo control de horas extras, productividad, costos y planes de ahorro.
* Aplicar y dar seguimiento a los Programas de Best Team y otros que la empresa implemente y liderar con el ejemplo (Performance Dialogs, Programa de Reconocimiento, Sesiones Uno a Uno, Seguimiento EOS y otros programas de First Choice)
