Como Engenheiro(a) Sênior de Confiabilidade de Sites (SRE), você será responsável por projetar, desenvolver e administrar automações para todo o ciclo de vida da infraestrutura compute, garantindo escalabilidade, disponibilidade e confiabilidade dos serviços.
Você trabalhará com equipes de Engenharia Compute, Automação de Plataforma, Observabilidade e Infraestrutura em uma plataforma corporativa baseada em automação, suportando cargas de trabalho críticas e impulsionando a excelência operacional por meio de práticas modernas de SRE e automação em larga escala.
Você irá:
* Projetar, desenvolver e manter automações para todo o ciclo de vida da infraestrutura compute, incluindo descoberta de servidores, provisionamento bare-metal, implantação de sistemas operacionais, gerenciamento de firmware e patches, configuração de hipervisores, descomissionamento e processos automatizados de diagnóstico e remediação utilizando Ansible, Python e pipelines CI/CD
* Definir e operar práticas de confiabilidade para serviços compute por meio da criação e manutenção de SLIs, SLOs e error budgets, além de aprimorar a observabilidade, reduzir ruídos de monitoramento, conduzir análises pós-incidente e transformar falhas recorrentes em soluções automatizadas
* Colaborar com equipes de Engenharia Compute, Automação de Plataforma e Observabilidade para definir requisitos operacionais, integrar automações à plataforma corporativa de IA e automação, garantir critérios de prontidão operacional e contribuir para políticas como código voltadas à operação segura e escalável de plataformas compute
* Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua por meio da medição da cobertura de automação, aumento das taxas de resolução autônoma, manutenção de bases de conhecimento estruturadas, identificação de oportunidades para eliminação de atividades manuais e avaliação de novas ferramentas para integração ao ecossistema corporativo
* Participar da escala de plantão da torre de Compute, atuando como ponto de escalonamento quando mecanismos automatizados não resolverem incidentes críticos dentro dos níveis de serviço definidos e utilizando informações de diagnóstico previamente consolidadas para acelerar a resolução

GENERAL PURPOSE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Attend and participate in all courses and on-the-job training provided by the District to learn and perform the essential functions of an Emergency Dispatcher.
Attend and successfully complete all required courses and obtain dispatcher certifications required for the position of Emergency Dispatcher I.
Learn and follow District policies, procedures, guidelines, and instructions.
Utilizes appropriate interpersonal skills in communicating and interacting with the public, trainers, co- workers, supervisors and managers, and others in the performance of the job duties.
Maintain confidentiality with information obtained through employment with the District.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a United States Citizen
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must obtain and maintain certifications for Peace Officer Standards and Training Dispatcher, Emergency Medical Dispatcher, UCJIS User, CPR and other certifications the District deems necessary for the position.
POST Certification must be obtained within six months of hire date.
Typing at 40 WPM net.
COMPENTENCIES
Knowledge: General knowledge of public safety and the role of an emergency dispatcher, and of basic office procedures.
Skills: Must have excellent problem-solving skills and possess the appropriate level of technical aptitude to operate all equipment used in the job.
Abilities: Ability to successfully complete a District approved training program.
Must be able to actively listen to multiple inputs, properly analyze information, and act accordingly; follow verbal and written instructions; and establish and maintain effective working relationships in the workplace.

General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by

What You'll Do
* Coordinate and oversee the facility's social services program
* Complete psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans
* Assist residents and families with discharge planning and community resources

Qualifications

General Purpose
The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
Essential Duties

• Assist Maintain a current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers.
• Update business office with current posting of all department managers' phone numbers.

• Report to Director of Nursing Services (DNS) all employees with excess tardiness or absenteeism in accordance with facility policy.
• Work with Human Resource Director and DNS when scheduling modified work duty employees in accordance with work restrictions and facility policy.
• Complete in timely fashion necessary nursing department employee records upon hiring, job reclassification and discharge.
• Assist employees in accurate completion of forms (i.e., leave and day off requests, time cards, etc.) pertinent to scheduling and staffing.
• Complete monthly nursing schedule coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units.
• Complete and post work sheets/time schedules.
Coordinate variances with the DNS.
• Assist in completion and filing of designated reports in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Perform miscellaneous duties pertaining to staffing and assist nursing supervisory personnel as necessary.
• Answer employee calls regarding staffing/scheduling functions.
Prepare written correspondence as necessary.
• Answer applicant calls regarding position availability and coordinate interviews as deemed appropriate.
• Ensure newly hired nursing staff has time cards and schedules prior to orientation date.
• Assist in obtaining nursing care staff information needed for daily posting requirements.
• Consult with nursing department staff and supervisors concerning the staffing/scheduling needs: to assist in elimination/correction of problem areas, and/or improvement of services.
• Make written/oral reports/recommendations to the DNS concerning staffing and scheduling issues.
• Develop and maintain a good working rapport with interdepartmental personnel, as well as other departments within the facility.
