Golf Cart Operators are responsible for the daily set up of golf cart operations.
Duties include ongoing maintenance of carts to include; charging, tire pressure, and washing as part of daily tasks.
Routine cleaning and maintenance of pro shops as assigned by the pro shop Supervisor and/or cashier. In the absence of the pro shop supervisor, or assistant supervisor,
will take direction from the pro shop cashier.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 16 years of age
* Must have valid driver's license
* Must obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.
The City offers CPR/AED and First Aid classes, which are free to Parks employees.

We currently have an immediate position available for a Maintenance Technical Specialist at our CVG Hub located in Erlanger, Kentucky.
The Maintenance Technical Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of material handling equipment (MHE) and all associated equipment within the DHL Express CVG Hub.
Key Accountabilities
• Be able to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment (tilt tray sorters and associated feeder components, conveyors, scales, scanners, cameras, variable frequency drives, etc).
• Knowledge of ASi systems, Profibus networks, and Siemens PLCs is a plus.
• Must be proficient in reading and comprehending electrical connection diagrams and schematics.
• Will utilize hand tools, electrical testing equipment, and computers in the performance of duties.
• Will occasionally be required to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, snorkel/boom lifts, pallet jacks, and small conveyance vehicles.
• Will be required to wear applicable personal protective equipment (including arc flash protection gear), and follow rules and regulations related to a detailed lockout/tagout (LOTO) program.
• This position will also require the ability to complete job specific tasks associated with facilities maintenance such as; high speed overhead doors, lighting, general power distribution as well as high voltage electric monitoring, water distribution and sewage management, HVAC, low pressure boilers, dock levelers, fire protection systems, generators, etc
Skills and Qualifications
* Will be required to wear 100% cotton uniforms (part of the arc flash protection gear) at all times
* Will be required to wear safety toe boots at all times
* This position requires excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
* Must be detail oriented and a self-starter with a positive attitude
* General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is a plus

Housekeeper:
Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the building including grounds and fixtures by performing the following duties:
- Monitors building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment.
- Performs various cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Cleans rest rooms to include disinfecting toilets, sinks and floors, and restocking rest room supplies as needed.
- Removes trash and disposes of in designated areas.
- Maintains all janitorial equipment.
- Reports the need for any major repairs to management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Maintain all public and common areas throughout the day including lobby, restrooms, drinking fountains and floors.
Maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms and bathrooms.
Maintain handrails to ensure they are clean and free of debris.
Clean and remove dust, dirt or food off walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures.

Empty trash cans and replace liners.
Sweep and mop floors.
Utilize proper safety measures when cleaning, including the use of caution signage and keeping supplies and chemicals out of reach of the residents.
Use supplies and equipment in a safe manner by following the user manual instructions.
Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment and storage areas in a safe, sanitary, clean and orderly manner.
Notify the Director of Housekeeping, Administrator, or Director of Nursing immediately regarding resident safety issues or concerns.
Notify the Director of Housekeeping when supplies are needing replenished.
Excellent customer skills and positive attitude.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently or with a team.
Supervisory Requirements This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Qualification Education and/or Experience Minimum requirement to perform the essential functions of this position is a High School Diploma or a GED.
Experience working in a long term care facility preferred.
Language Skills Ability to read and understand procedure and instruction manuals and directions.
Mathematical Skills Basic math skills of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Fluent in written and spoken English.
