Position Overview:
The Ceramic Shell Process Engineer provides technical engineering and manufacturing support for the shell department within an investment casting facility.
This role collaborates closely with operations and engineering teams to drive continuous process improvements, reduce process variation, and optimize overall manufacturing performance.
The position also supports new product launches and leads initiatives focused on improving efficiency, throughput, safety, quality, and cost performance across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interacts with Manufacturing Managers and Business Unit team, working to implement identified changes to manufacturing processes, techniques, fixtures/tools, and elimination of rework to allow for more efficient production of parts.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
