Position Overview
The Application Consultant (AC) must respond to the most difficult applications problems, counseling customers and field personnel.
The AC serves as the highest National level advanced applications resource for the technical field organization, and provides support on clinical applications during installations, methodology troubleshooting, demonstrations, evaluations, and customer training.
This position requires independent thinking, strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills as well as expert level of knowledge on their product lines they support.
The AC will provide field training and mentoring support to the Technical Application Organization to drive standardization in accordance with the procedures and policies established by the Technical Application Organization.
