Environmental Advisor position will be responsible for several air compliance programs under NSPS Part 60 and NESHAP Part 63, in addition to Annual Emissions Inventory, Greenhouse Gas, and Toxic Release Inventory.
This position requires data gathering and evaluation, preparing semi-annual and annual compliance reports, and supporting refinery and contract personnel with air compliance matters.
Maintaining program guidance documents and procedures are required for the position.
Effective communication and technical writing skills are essential for preparing agency correspondence.
Utilizing Microsoft programs to manage compliance tools, refinery metrics, and presentations are also required for this position.
