POSITION TITLE: Trades Manager CLASSIFICATION: Exempt DEPARTMENT: Public Works SUPERVISOR: Public Works Director GRADE: E5 Position Summary: Under general supervision of the Public Works Director, the trades manager ensures proper operation and maintenance of the Pueblo of Santa Anas buildings, facilities and residential homes.
Responsibilities generally include plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC and supervision of the various trades professionals, apprentices and the custodial function in the Public Works Department.
