What You Will Do
* Provide technical expertise to projects in all phases of work from initial project scope development through construction
* Own multiple projects with assistance from other Process Engineers
* Mentor engineers to help accelerate their technical advancement
* Independently evaluate /design facilities for midstream and downstream projects
* Basic & detailed design engineering activities for the assigned project(s) in refineries and gas processing facilities per the client's requirements and specifications
* Be the technical owner on all process deliverables such as - performing process simulations, design calculations, sizing & selection of equipment, etc
* Review of client's documents, specifications, datasheets, verification of FEED design & calculations, PFD, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, heat material balance, process line sizing calculations, hydraulic calculations, instrument datasheets including control valves and relief valves, and other process design-related tasks
* Evaluate vendor quotes and develop equipment bid tabs
* Participate in developing I/O lists, line lists, cause & effect, control philosophies, shutdown philosophies, and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines
* Provide assistance in developing start-up and operating manuals, attend and assist in Process Hazard Analysis meetings for projects, and attend start-ups for plants when requested

What You Will Do
* Assisting mills in keeping control systems operating safely, reliably, and efficiently.
* Providing troubleshooting and support of the daily manufacturing operation.
* Providing guidance to manufacturing operations on selection and implementation of process control technologies and strategies.
* Working with local operations and process control teams to optimize current process control assets and process performance.
* Designing, programming, and modifying control strategies within existing control systems.
* Pursuing engineering solutions to resolve equipment deficiencies.
* Supporting large and small capital projects as a corporate SME.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* 5+ years' experience working with DCS-based systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, and design.
* Ability to travel up to 75%

* 10 or more years of professional experience working with DCS based control systems to include troubleshooting, configuration, and design.
