Dans un contexte de transformation et de croissance internationale, la Direction Comptable d'Hermès Services Groupe (HSG) recherche un alternant pour rejoindre l'équipe MOA Finance.
Composée de 11 collaborateurs, cette équipe pilote les projets liés à la Finance et aux achats indirects pour l'ensemble des filiales du Groupe (130 filiales dans 34 pays), en lien étroit avec les équipes métiers et IT.
En tant que chargé de projet, vous participerez à la définition des besoins fonctionnels, au déploiement de solutions, au pilotage des phases de recette et à l'accompagnement des utilisateurs.
Vous contribuerez également à l'identification et à la mise en œuvre de cas d'usage autour de l'IA et à l'optimisation des processus Finance.

Gestion des Masters :
Assurer le suivi du flux des masters (modèles de référence) ;
Effectuer les contrôles des retours de confier, qualification des pièces et relevés de mesures ;
Mettre à disposition les pièces accompagnées de la documentation à jour.
Relevé Dimensionnel - Phase Développement :
Réaliser les relevés dimensionnels sur des pièces finies (PF) dans le cadre du développement produit ;
Restituer et Coordonner les informations, les relevés aux équipes Méthodes concernées pour validation et suivi.
Enrichissement de la documentation qualité :
Passer en revue la documentation technique disponible pour chaque modèle, s'assurer de sa complétude et de son accessibilité ;
* Rédiger / compléter les gammes de contrôle.
Aide aux contrôles de prototypes et de préséries :
Vérifier l'identification et le nombre de pièces ;
* Rédiger les rapports ;
* Documenter les supports avec des visuels.
Votre profil
Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation technique, type Ecole de Bijouterie ou Ecole d'Ingénieurs ;
* Vous avez une appétence pour la technicité, une expérience au préalable est un atout ;
* Vous avez de bonnes qualités relationnelles et une capacité à interagir efficacement ;
* Vous faîtes preuve de rigueur et avez une culture axée sur l'exigence de la qualité.
