The Route Relief/Utility RSR supports the Service Department in its objectives to meet our customers needs through up-selling/cross-selling and providing superior customer service.

- Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
- Learn and support all routes.
Run routes as needed for holidays, vacations or other vacancies.

General Purpose

The MDS Nurse (LVN/LPN) is responsible for coordinating and completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments in compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Assist with loading/unloading residents' to/from vehicles as necessary.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
• Meet with your shift's nursing personnel, on a regularly scheduled basis, to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, and/or the improvement of services.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hour (BOE)
General Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to greet visitors, answer phones, and provide clerical support within the Reception/Administrative area.
This role is strictly administrative and does not include any clinical duties.
Essential Duties
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer and direct telephone calls or take messages as appropriate
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to their destination
• Notify staff of visitor arrivals and cancellations
• Maintain visitor sign-in logs
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings
• Keep reception area clean, organized, and presentable
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and report any suspected violations

Qualifications
