Key Objective
Review incoming work for accuracy and completeness, monitor timely receipts of critical documents for the Centralized Operations Unit and work closely with Global Casualty branch personnel to assure a timely and high-quality product for our clients.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for accurately logging all transactions in COU Tracking
Review source documents for accuracy and completeness
Adhere to all protocols and controls established within COU
Assist teammates as needed to ensure prompt handling of all transactions within unit
Provide guidance and training to field offices for correct methods to submit work to COU
Build strong relationships with all branch office personnel
Ensure that follow up requests internally and externally are handled promptly.
Ability to prioritize incoming work requests and multi-task when needed.

The Middle Market Underwriting Assistant is responsible for supporting the underwriting process for New and Renewal Customers for multiple lines of insurance coverages, including property, casualty, workers compensation, excess lines and automobile coverages.

Job Summary
Manages day-to-day construction activities, including supervision of craft employees and subcontractors.
Schedules field activities in coordination with the project schedule.
Is responsible for safety, production goals, quality control, and cost control.
May supervise one or more craft groups and/or scopes of work.
