The County of Riverside - Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse III MC/CHC to join our team with the Quality Management Department.
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for conducting concurrent and retrospective chart reviews to support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Utilizes systematic data collection and analysis to monitor compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics.
Performs clinical observations and tracers, identifies opportunities for improvement, and prepares detailed case reviews and reports for committees and leadership.
Serves as a member of the Survey Readiness Response Team, supporting regulatory readiness and accreditation activities.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to implement and sustain performance improvement programs, provides staff education on quality standards, and supports incident reporting and survey readiness activities.
Demonstrates strong analytical communication, and teamwork skills to drive continuous quality improvement and enhance patient care outcomes.
The most competitive candidates will have experience using EPIC electronic medical records (EMR), including data review and quality reporting.
