Como parte clave de la Organización de DCS/Prefab, se requiere contratar a una persona para la Planificación y Coordinación de la Producción para la planta de Barcelona.
Esta persona reportará directamente al responsable de operaciones de la planta y formará parte de un equipo compuesto por 4 planificadores.
La Planta de BCF está especializada en soluciones ETO para Secure Power, principalmente centros de datos prefabricados y power modules para el mercado de los data centers.
Se busca una persona con liderazgo, que pueda realizar la planificación de la producción en base a los proyectos en curso, y la coordinación de los trabajos de las subcontratas, así como la coordinación con la recepción de equipos y materiales.
Será el pilar centrar en la coordinación entre los diferentes departamentos, Project management, calidad, almacén y producción, ejerciendo el trabajo de planificador de planta.

¿Qué harás?
Formarás parte del equipo de producción, siendo el máximo responsable del control de los operarios para la instalación mecánica y eléctrica de los centros de datos de Schneider.
Tendrá como responsabilidades, ser conocedor de todas las características técnicas del proyecto, liderar el equipo de instaladores, resolver todas las dudas que surjan ya sea directamente o indirectamente solicitando apoyo de ingeniería.
En caso de ser necesario, será el/la responsable de desplazarse al site para la puesta en marcha, por lo que se requiere disponibilidad para viajar con una frecuencia aproximada trimestral, por un periodo de entre 5 y 10 días consecutivos.
Trabajarás y colaborarás con otros departamentos ligados a la producción como Ingeniería, project management, almacén -gestión de materiales-, industrialización, calidad y H&S, teniendo especial atención a la gestión del orden y limpieza la de planta así como de la seguridad e uso de EPIs.

* Pack & Prepare: Help prepare and pack customer items to prevent damage during transit.
This includes disassembling furniture, wrapping items, packing items in boxes, and using straps to secure large items.
* Load & Unload: Use equipment such as dollies and ramps to load customer items from their buildings to the moving truck.
Strategically arrange items in the truck to prevent objects from falling or getting damaged.
Move items off the truck, reassemble, and place them in the location the customer requests.
