Responsabilità principali
* Gestione del Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione (RSPP)
* Aggiornamento del documento di valutazione dei rischi (DVR);
* Definizione e attribuzione dei Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale ai profili di rischio valutati;
* Supporto specialistico alle strutture operative della società nella gestione delle attività rilevanti per gli aspetti Sicurezza, comprese attività di sicurezza di cantiere e nella verifica della documentazione relativa (DUVRI, POS);
* Visite e sopralluoghi on-site di verifica con particolare riferimento a cantieri e impianti;
* Predisposizione di normativa interna (procedure, istruzioni) per la gestione di aspetti di salute e sicurezza;
* Supporto nella gestione e analisi degli Infortuni, degli Incidenti e dei Near Miss;
* Collaborazione e consultazione con i medici competenti (MC) e con i rappresentanti dei lavoratori per la sicurezza (RLS) delle varie aree territoriali;
* Monitoraggio delle scadenze autorizzative e degli adempimenti normativi in ambito Sicurezza;
* Gestione delle relazioni con gli organi ispettivi/di controllo interni ed esterni;
* Supporto nella gestione delle attività di certificazione UNI ISO45001 compresi audit interni e di
* Gestione reportistica e analisi dei dati;
* Partecipazione alla definizione degli obiettivi e monitoraggio dei piani di miglioramento in ambito salute e sicurezza
* Identificazione delle esigenze formative in ambito sicurezza e gestione attribuzioni
Requisiti indispensabili
* Laurea in Ingegneria o materie scientifiche o titolo di studio equivalente
* Esperienza di almeno 3 anni come RSPP in settori legati al mondo impiantistico, energia
* Abilitazione al ruolo RSPP
* Competenze tecniche in materia di gestione Salute e Sicurezza
* Conoscenza della legislazione in materia di Salute e Sicurezza nei luoghi id lavoro (DLgs 81/2008 e altre normative di settore, DLgs 231/2001)
* Conoscenza dei Sistemi di Gestione QAS e Energia (conformi alle norme 9001 - 45001 - 14001 - 50001),
* Conoscenza di metodi e di strumenti per la pianificazione, il monitoraggio, la verifica ed il controllo di attività e obiettivi in materia HSE

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for performing order engineering processes and managing day to day order engineering activities for Switchboard products at the El Paso production plants.
