Angoulême est situé à 1h30 de Bordeaux.
Le site regroupe une usine de production, service achats, R&D et notre service support.
Le tuteur travaille sur le site de Angoulême et accompagnera le jeune dans sa formation.
Notre service a pour mission de support sur l'ensemble des flux et processus amonts, et tout particulièrement en contact avec nos fournisseurs.
Vous intégrerez une équipe internationale de 19 personnes qui est répartie sur plusieurs pays en Europe.
La communication avec les usines se fera majoritairement en anglais.
Quelles seront ses missions ?
Dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue de la performance de nos fournisseurs, nous avons lancé un programme de développement des fournisseurs, appelé " Supplier Development ".
Plusieurs projets de déploiement d'outils sont en cours et nous devons " booster " les connections et assister les usines pour une mise en place dans le planning prévu.
Très rapidement, le stagiaire sera en contact avec les services logistiques des 43 usines du groupe en Europe.
Les outils déployés en 2024 nécessitent encore de l'assistance pour résoudre des problèmes, le candidat sera complètement intégré dans cette démarche.
La gestion des Prévisions envoyées aux fournisseurs est le projet d'amélioration majeur :
* Amélioration de la qualité des prévisions envoyées par nos usines : A travers des graphiques disponibles dans Tableau, identifier les usines qu'il faudra Animer les usines pour l'amélioration de la prévision en utilisant les tableaux de Bord en place et en les aidant à mettre en place un plan d'actions.
* Amélioration des flux : Organiser des réunions avec 5 usines pour vérifier l'avancement des Identifier les points bloquants.
Et les transmettre au Responsable du projet pour escalade auprès des managers concernés.
S'assurer que le planning sera à jour et respecté.
Etre en support des créations des fiches logistiques :
* Contribuer à connecter les 000 fournisseurs à l'outil SupplyON pour partager leur stocks disponibles.
Prévoir un suivi détaillé du déploiement par les fournisseurs.; Le stagiaire fera des points réguliers avec les usines mais aussi les fournisseurs pour les aider dans a mise en application.
Un reporting mensuel sera préparé pour être commenté en gouvernance avec les Directeurs SupplyChain et les services achats.
* Être rigoureux sur le suivi des actions identifiées : Plusieurs projets à suivre en parallèle
* Aide à la rédaction de procédures/process servant à la formation de personnes travaillant en Logistique (Responsable Logistique, gestionnaires de flux, achats)
