POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic Product team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using Salesforce out of the box functionality firstly, customization secondarily.
We need a person with a transformation mindset and challenge current processes.
You will play a key role in bridging the gap between problems to solve and technical implementation, ensuring that our Salesforce platform meets the needs of our users and aligns with our organizational goals.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Process Innovation and Definition: Collaborate and workshop with business and operations stakeholders to ensure business processes are mapped to Salesforce's OOTB capabilities, reducing unnecessary custom development.
• Prototyping/wireframing: Build future state models to demonstrate out-of-the-box features and functionality to solve business problems in collaboration with a UI Lead, including participating in end-user feedback sessions.
• Be able to create OOTB future state as much as possible with the knowledge of how SF can improve/transform current state, without relying on a technical architect and/or dev lead.
• Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate workshops in collaboration with UX and product, whiteboarding, and brainstorming sessions to elicit user needs, process flows, and business processes.
Ability to guide discovery conversations to gather complex needs and translate them into clear user stories and solutions.
• Story Writing: Create and maintain detailed documentation of functional specifications, process flows, journey maps, and user stories.
• Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Reporting: Build Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• User Support: Provide support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues, and providing best practices guidance.
• Testing: Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and are free of defects.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The Senior Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for implementation, support, and maintenance of the NMDP's desktop and laptop systems.
