Le Europe Data PMO fait tourner la 'salle des machines' de la livraison : gouvernance de la roadmap, de la capacité et de la création de valeur des initiatives du Data Office Europe, avec discipline et transparence.
Le rôle coordonne les forums clés (Data Office, Data Delivery Committee, Europe Data Steerco) et ancre le principe 'deliver once, reuse many' au sein des zones et équipes de delivery.

Apporter une gouvernance de portefeuille rigoureuse, maximiser la valeur et l'adoption des produits data, et garantir l'excellence de livraison à l'échelle Europe.
Vos missions
1) Gouvernance de portefeuille
* Gérer le portefeuille consolidé de use cases aligné aux priorités business
* Assurer la disponibilité des données cross-domain pour exécuter la roadmap
* Garantir le suivi de la Golden Rules Compliant Checklist
* Veiller à l'application des recommandations de la Data Design Authority et au suivi des risques data tout au long du cycle de vie
2) Création de valeur & analytics
* Délivrer des data products réutilisables à l'échelle et promouvoir 'deliver once, reuse many'
* Identifier les opportunités de réutilisation, synergies et scalabilité entre zones
* Détecter les leviers IA/RPA pour plus d'efficacité et d'impact business
3) Roadmap & excellence de delivery
* Identifier la meilleure équipe de delivery (globale vs Europe) et faire le lien avec les parties prenantes
* Engager Global/Regional/Local delivery pour définir la roadmap data Europe
* Soutenir la priorisation du pipeline et l'anticipation de capacité avec les leaders delivery
4) Adoption

* 6-10+ ans d'expérience PMO/programme sur des environnements data, analytics ou transformation digitale
* Solides compétences en planification de portefeuille, suivi des bénéfices, gestion des parties prenantes, collaboration et communication
* Maîtrise des outils : Power BI, MS Project/Planner, Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence ; connaissance de la delivery data platform
