What will you do?
Responsible for providing technical engineering support to meet internal requirements and customer specifications.
* Build, modify, and troubleshoot HMI screens, Tristation SIS logic, TSV test scripts, and system hardware/network architectures based on approved designs and customer specifications.
* Compile, review, and finalize system FAT manuals along with all supporting project documentation.
* Perform required cybersecurity checklists and maintain complete, auditable compliance evidence.
* Participate in project planning sessions, design reviews, and customer meetings.
* Support the project team during hardware/software pre-FAT and FAT activities.
* Track, resolve, and close all FAT punch-list items in a timely and documented manner.
* Conduct system teardown at the conclusion of FATs, including inventory reconciliation and coordination of system handoff to shipping for site delivery.
Position regularly interfaces with: Project Managers, Project Support, Design, Systems Integration and customers
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment with no extreme exposure to work hazards or environmental concerns.
Less than 5% of time on the job is spent on site where petrochemical plant exposure may occur.

- Provides and oversees product and solutions application support and training to customers.
- Certifies technical accuracy of system/process designs.
- Provides technical support to sales engineers and assists in business development.
- Leads specification, design, analysis and development of engineering projects.
- Delivers product or solutions demonstration.
- Troubleshoots problems on installed systems and solutions and leads startup of new systems on customer sites.
- Remains abreast of the latest developments in engineering specialty to guide future development efforts.

This job might be for you if:
>3 year of experience
- Experience in design for manufacturing and engineering release.
- Mechatronics, Mechanical-Electrical or Related Engineering.
- Advanced English to establish technical conversations with native speakers in the English language.
- Experience designing metal mechanic or electrical component (panelboards, breaker panel, or electric panel is a plus).
- Knowledge of mechanical or electrical design software (Creo Parametric, SolidWorks)
- Capable of reading and understanding electrical diagram
- Knowledge of statistical processes control and root cause determination is a plus (Green Belt or Lean Plus)
- Kowledge of UL/Nema certifications is a Plus.
