Compass Health is seeking a dedicated Crisis Clinician II to join our Child Youth Family Crisis Team (CYFCT), providing immediate behavioral health support to children, youth, and families across Whatcom and Skagit Counties.
This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in fast-paced environments, excel in crisis de-escalation, and are passionate about promoting resilience in youth through trauma-informed and recovery-oriented interventions.
About the Program
CYFCT is a mobile crisis team serving youth and families with complex behavioral health needs.
Our mission is to stabilize crises in the least restrictive settings possible-homes, schools, and the community-while linking youth and families with ongoing supports and services.
We work in close coordination with hospitals, schools, DSHS, outpatient providers, and other systems to support long-term wellness and reduce unnecessary inpatient or residential placements.
What You'll Do
* Provide rapid crisis evaluations in community-based settings, including homes, hospitals, and schools.
* Deliver brief, solution-focused interventions to stabilize youth in acute behavioral health distress.
* Develop individualized safety and treatment plans in collaboration with youth and caregivers.
* Coordinate referrals to behavioral health services, natural supports, and educational resources.
* Partner with multidisciplinary systems and provide consultation to family members and other providers.
* Maintain timely, accurate documentation and meet all billing and quality standards.
* Participate in team supervision, program meetings, and ongoing training.
What You Bring
* MA/MS/MSW Degree in a Behavioral Science field required.
* Must meet qualifications as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC.
* Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) designation preferred.
* Experience working with youth and families in behavioral health or crisis settings.
* Must obtain Washington DOH Agency Affiliated Counselor status upon hire if not already credentialed.
* Valid WA driver's license, vehicle, and appropriate insurance.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
* Verantwortung und systemische Steuerung aller Auslieferungen/ Warenflüsse in SAP
* Sicherstellung termingerechter Auslieferungen/ Warenflüsse
* Bearbeitung von prozessualen Störungen/ Klärungsfällen für die laufenden operativen Prozesse in SAP
* Abstimmungen mit operativer Leitung und dem Customer Service
* Operative Führung des Teams Einzelstückkommissionierung
* Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen und Produktivitätsanalysen
* Differenzenklärung bei Fehlbeständen mit dem Customer Service
* Mitarbeit an der ständigen Prozessoptimierung
Das bringst Du mit:
* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, z.B.
als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d), Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder ähnlicher Qualifikationshintergrund
* Erfahrung in der Logistik im Bereich der Warenfluss- und/oder Produktionsplanung (idealerweise systemisch mit den prozessualen Abläufen in einem automatisierten Logistiklager - z.B.
Leitstand / Steuerstand)
* Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschafts- und Lagerverwaltungssystemen (idealerweise SAP)
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Kommunikationsfähigkeit (zwingend erforderlich!) - Zweitsprache wie Englisch oder weitere Fremdsprache willkommen)
* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe

ÜBER DIE ROLLE
Als Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) bist du ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres Teams und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Finanzprozesse stimmen.
Du verantwortest die laufende Buchhaltung, unterstützt bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Zahlen korrekt, transparent und jederzeit auskunftsfähig sind.

DEINE AUFGABE
