Rattaché au Manager Opérationnel CCC dans une équipe de 23 personnes réparties sur les deux sites (Le Hive et Intencity) apportant le support technique à nos clients sur l'ensemble de l'offre automatisme, vous accompagnez nos clients sur les questions techniques en après-vente sur l'ensemble de l'offre automatisme de Schneider Electric.
Vous contribuez à l'amélioration de la Satisfaction Clients et participez au lancement et évolutions de l'offre.
Vos principales missions :
* Traiter les demandes clients à travers notre outil dédié par la résolution des incidents
* Supporter et/ou dépanner le client sur l'offre technique concernée (Automatiste)
* Exécuter les offres de services à distance et contribuer au développement du chiffres d'affaire.
* Expliciter les besoins clients (contexte et/ou projet global) afin d'apporter une réponse complète et d'identifier les éventuelles opportunités
* Assurer une disponibilité optimale vers les clients et les conseillers techniques

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven RPA Developer (UiPath) with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation.

* This position is responsible for field service (customer site service and in-warranty unit repair) activities involving the installation, modification and repair of complex equipment and systems for single and three phase products.
Particular focus is on service products
* This position is also required to manage third party Service Vendors (CSPs) for the country and represent the company in day-to-day dealings with CSPs who will perform in warranty and out of warranty repairs on units.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
* At least 2 to 4 years industry experience including a minimum of 12 months power experience with hands-on working on 415 ac 3 phase and/or 800V dc equipment
* Good understanding in executing : testing commissioning, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance product and equipment include with reporting and hand over certificate
