En phase de réalisation:
* Participer à la réunion de transfert et confirmer les budgets, la rentabilité, l'équipe projet, le planning.
* Animer fonctionnellement une équipe projet
* Assurer en permanence le suivi et le contrôle des dépenses (y compris achats externes), des recettes et du planning et mener des actions appropriées le cas échéant
* Piloter les risques et opportunités (gestion des avenants, claims, non qualité...) et suivre les plans d'actions associés
