Position Overview –

Responsibilities & Duties –
* Provide a safe working environment for all employees.
Ensuring that all elements of safe manufacturing processes followed, including but not limited to PPE, GMP, LOTO, HACCP, and SQF requirements.
* Continually review product quality levels and ensure excellence in quality that meets Corporate, Plant, and SQF standards.
* Oversee and manage all elements of the production of goods.
Coordinate and manage the production staff in such a manner as to ensure that all company objectives and production schedules met, while managing the best total cost.
* Provide overall supervision of the entire production staff including but not limited to interviewing and selecting job candidates, providing instruction, training employees, designating work assignments, reviewing work, establishing deadlines, conducting performance appraisals, and addressing and resolving issues.
* Active communication and willingness to reward and recognize strong performance.
* Accurately complete, process and file all daily logs, quality records and any other related production paperwork.
* Review and monitor scrap levels and assume overall accountability for scrap.
* Review production operation and processes and identify areas for improvement.
Be able to offer recommendations for improvement with the use of strong problem solving methods to implement changes.
* Monitor for the proper functioning of machinery and correct and/or provide notice of an issue.
* Participate in the tracking of inventory levels.
Make procurement requests for any needed production materials, supplies or equipment.
* Provide oversight and training of production staff and coordinate transition period between the different shifts to ensure expectations and goals are understood and met.
Ensure manpower requirements are adequate to meet these expectations and goals.
Minimum Requirements –
* 3 + years of high-volume production management experience
* Bachelor’s Degree or advanced education is preferred but not required
* Strong communication and problem solving skills, as well as a commitment to positive employee relations
* Experience working in the paper, printing, or the consumer product industry is very beneficial

Overview
Assist Banquet Manager in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Check Banquet Event Orders to determine function, number of guests and type of bar (house, premium, cash, open, etc.)
* Set up portable bar in function area according to standard policies and procedures.
* Make and serve drinks to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner following established guidelines, policies and procedures regarding beverages and safety controls are prescribed by the company, the state and the hotel.
* Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
* Remove all trash and liquor glasses from tables, tablecloths, trash and liquor from function area.
• Return bar to storeroom.
* Breakdown, clean bar thoroughly; wipe surface areas and empty water in portable bar.
Return all equipment and supplies to proper area.
* Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
* Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
* Hotel experience or similar preferred.
* Must communicate well with guests.
* Must have basic knowledge of service of various alcoholic beverages.
* Sufficient manual dexterity in hands in order to use a knife to make garnish, pick up glassware and bottles, scoop ice, mix drinks, and reach overhead to retrieve stock with or without reasonable accommodation.

Overview
Assist Director of Finance in directing the financial activities of the hotel, safeguarding the assets, and preparing all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.
Financial Management
* Perform all accounting functions in the event assistance is needed.
* Effectively schedule, monitor, and evaluate controllable departmental expenditures to stay within the restraints of the established budget through: labor management and purchasing control systems
* Establish and monitor scheduling of all accounting associates, including Night Audit.
* Schedule personnel consistent with the volume of business and needs.
* Effectively plan in order to meet demands of both guests and staff.
Accounting Practices, Procedures, and Policies
* Assist in Producing Financial Statements within designated time frame for preliminary distribution to hotel management and to meet HEI Corporate requirements.
* Verify compliance with Finance SOP manual.
* Participate in and critique asset inventories.
* Maintain records storage area in compliance with record retention requirements of relevant government agencies.
* Preparation and knowledge of sales tax returns, as well as any other applicable tax liabilities.
Accounts Receivable and Cash Flow
* Manage and oversee all Accounts Receivable functions, including collection calls as needed.
* Ensure the A/R aging percentages are in compliance with SOP.
* Verify credit cards are processed every night-by-night audit.
