MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
I AMELIORATION CONTINUE ASSURANCE QUALITE STRATEGIE DE PERFORMANCE MEGISSIER TANNEUR (activité Ganterie)
* Proposer les objectifs et anime la performance des fournisseurs.
* Mettre en place des indicateurs Qualité, analyser les écarts
* S'assurer de la mise-en œuvre et de l'efficacité des plans d'actions qualité avec le tanneur
* S'assurer du respect par les tanneurs du système documentaire et des outils de contrôles en place (Cahiers des charges, Guide des choix, Gammes de contrôle, Fiches suiveuses, Masters, Peaux références)
* Piloter le calage sur l'article et l'alignement des critères qualité
* Piloter contrôle des peaux à réception pour optimiser l'exploitation de la matière
* Gérer l'innocuité
* Anime la mise en place de la gestion du risque liée au changement chez les tanneurs
* Être l'interlocuteur privilégié avec les tanneurs en collaboration avec les Achats et le métier.
II ANIMATION ET ALIGNEMENT (activités ganterie et maroquinerie souple)
* Remonter les alertes qualités
* Revoir à intervalle régulier le bon calage sur les peaux écartées ou réorientées
* Connaître ou construire les cahiers des charges, les guides de choix et les gammes de contrôle matière et les référentiels Cuirs à chaque collection
* Aligner régulièrement les coupeurs sur les critères Qualité, au placement et à la lecture des peaux
III QUALITE PRODUITS FINIS GANT / DEVELOPPEMENT :
* Mettre à jour les indicateurs qualité mensuel et reporting avec le métier Gant
* Suivre les projets de développements des nouveaux modèles à chaque collection
* Valider les analyses de risques (produit/process) des nouveaux modèles
* Valider les pré-séries à chaque lancement avec le métier Gant
* Analyser les non-conformités fournisseurs hors cuir
* Analyser les paires écartées au contrôle qualité final et en cours de fabrication
* Animer les plans d'actions correctifs et d'amélioration
* Animer les calages savoir-faire et contrôle produits finis
PROFIL DU CANDIDAT
* Capacité à réceptionner et classer la matière cuir, une sensibilité et une bonne connaissance cuir est indispensable.

Vos principales activités :
Vous intégrez le Pôle Stratégie Média & Omnicanale de notre Direction de la Communication France.
Il s'agit du point d'entrée de tous les projets de communication paid et publicité concernant les marchés France & Monaco.
