La figura ricercata si occuperà delle seguenti attività e svolgerà le seguenti attività:
* Completare, verificare e aggiornare il Work Orders da pianificare, considerando l'urgenza rilevata e le informazioni sul cliente, sulla base installata, l'ambito del lavoro, T&C e ora di esecuzione.
* Preparare / dare priorità agli interventi in backlog, in base al tipo di cliente, la disponibilità del cliente e la disponibilità dei pezzi di ricambio.
* Pianificare i possibili ordini di lavoro per i successivi mesi, determinando la migliore tempistica possibile nel rispetto delle esigenze del cliente e del team Service.
* Comunicare proattivamente con i clienti, confermando i dettagli dell'intervento e fornendo le utili informazioni ai Tecnici Service.
* Monitorare la corretta esecuzione degli interventi mantenendo la qualità dei dati degli ordini di lavoro.
* Partecipare proattivamente a riunioni regolari con il team sul campo ei project managers costruendo un piano di miglioramento basato sul dashboard settimanale e/o mensile.

What will you do?
Your mission will be to participate in the support of the Schneider Linux distribution (EdgeOS MPU) and the OnBoarding of our internal clients.
In the Onboarding, you will be the first technical interface between projects and the EdgeOS team supporting projects with EdgeOS MPU, from the creation of the Linux distribution all the way to enabling cloud connectivity.
You'll be involved from the early stages of each project to:
* Understanding and gathering user's requirements
* Guiding them through our Yocto/KAS architecture
* Streamlining the maintenance process
* Assisting users in adopting EdgeOS in Schneider projects
You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for all embedded firmware questions, covering from the bootloader to the Linux user space.

As a Field Service Representative, a typical day for you might include:
* Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment
* Problem solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, District Service teams
* Completion of field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance, and startup data sheets
* Working with your Manager and/or Regional Service Director to resolve complex escalated issues

We're looking for a senior SAP FICO functional lead to drive finance and controlling across the GSC landscape supporting the digital transformation within Schneider Electric's North America Market (NAM).

Mission:
Manage execution of Field Services customers projects following applicable company policies and processes (CPP4S Customer Project Process for Services).
