Key Responsibilities
* Evaluates and treats newborns with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.
* Adheres, contributes, and develops clinical patient pathways to ensure a standardized approach to newborn medicine.
* Establish and update protocols to assure proper newborn care

Position Summary:
Responsible for performing maintenance on trucks from class 5 through class 8 vehicles and recreational vehicles per OEM and company guideline.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
* Diagnoses and repairs various truck systems using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, and precision instruments, as well as power tools such as pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, and jacks and hoists.
* Ensures that repairs are completed in a complete and accurate manner as per supervisor or work order instructions.
* Maintains correct time punches and work order processes.
* Maintains efficiency standards and attendance policy as required.
* Tags all parts as required and follows all warranty procedures set for the by each OEM
* Test drive trucks to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.
* Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments such as handheld computers, motor analyzers, chassis charts, and pressure gauges
* Keeps work area clean and free of debris.
* Keeps customer vehicle clean during repair process and after repairs are complete.
* Able complete 100% of on-line Freightliner Technician Training to become Systems Certified in Cascadia, M-2, Western Star, DT12, Detroit Axles, CNG Systems within specified time.

The Property and Casualty Underwriter will support and manage the profitability and premium growth of assigned managing general agents.
Key Accountabilities
* Apply a thorough working knowledge of the Contract Binding’s underwriting portal in the daily execution of underwriting duties, including training of assigned agency personnel.
* Apply underwriting expertise within the defined limits of authority to achieve underwriting profitability of assigned agents.
* Provide agents with documented proposals, quotes, and guidance with clear definition of appropriate exposure classification, pricing information, limits, terms, and forms for risks outside of the agent binding authority.
* Promptly respond to all agent submissions and inquiries and perform to defined service standards.
* Maintain technical skills to support virtual communications and proficiency in the use of Core Specialty systems.
* Travel according to business plans, to assigned agent offices for the purpose of training and development of positive relationships, and the promotion of Contract Binding’s objectives, underwriting profitability, market presence and overall enhancement of Core Specialty’s industry reputation.
* Stay informed and share information on current market developments, to ensure the competitive level and profitability of our product offering.
* Support the Contract Binding team with effective communication and collaboration to broaden product knowledge, technical skills and overall profitability of the Division. Provide reports and participate in related projects as needed. Provide underwriting backup when required.
* Carry out duties within our internal policies and procedures in accordance with applicable law, rules, regulation, good governance, and Core Specialty's shared values, while maintaining a customer service mentality.
Technical Knowledge
* Solid understanding of commercial property and casualty coverages and related endorsements.
* Knowledge of underwriting practices and pricing/rating methodologies
* Knowledge of the surplus lines wholesale binding marketplace and current market environment
* Knowledge of insurance company operations
* Effective written and oral communication skills.
* Self-motivated and independent.
* Detail oriented with the ability to work in a team environment and be flexible to daily changing needs and job duties.
* Ability to travel to meet with assigned agents.
* Familiarity with company systems, procedures & processes
Experience
* Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a Risk Management & Insurance Major) or equivalent combination of training and experience
* 1+ years underwriting experience in commercial Property and Casualty lines of business.

• Screen customers to determine the proper classification of waste materials and recyclables according to established regulations and policies; provide directions for dumping locations by customer and/or waste type.
• Prohibit dumping of unacceptable waste and refer haulers to appropriate sites where possible; using platform scales, weigh vehicles in order to assess appropriate fees, and determine the tare weight of vehicles if necessary.
• Calculate and collect appropriate fees; assess and determine fees based on the classification of waste material and the weight or volume of each load; collect fees by cash, credit card or Department account transaction; issue receipts and record the amount and type of refuse for each transaction.
