General Purpose
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) assists the Physical Therapist in providing direct resident care and implementing treatment programs designed to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
Essential Duties
• Provide treatments to residents as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation per regulatory and facility standards
• Maintain a safe and effective treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate regularly with supervising Physical Therapist regarding resident progress and care plans
• Participate in care plan meetings, rehabilitation meetings, and resident care conferences
• Assist with training and support of Restorative Aides
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercise programs, safety, and fall prevention
• Recommend and assist with ordering durable medical equipment to support resident independence
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information
• Report equipment issues and ensure proper maintenance
• Contribute to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Provide in-service education to staff as needed
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
• Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Experience with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
• Current PTA license in the state of California
• Must maintain license in good standing
• CPR certification (as required)

Job Purpose/ Summary: The Clinical Project Manager III/ Senior is responsible for execution and oversight of assigned clinical trials (Phase I through Phase IV) to ensure client's goals of time, cost, and quality performance are met.

What You'll Do:
* Manage the planning, implementation, execution, and close‑out of assigned clinical trials (Phase I-IV), often functioning as a global trial lead.
* Provide operational oversight and coordination across functional teams and regions to ensure adherence to ICH‑GCP, regulatory requirements, trial procedures, and contracted scope.

* At least 6 years of clinical research experience (CRO CRA or Research Manager, Site Research Manager, Central Clinical Research Laboratory Manager) or possesses transferrable skills and experience in project management in a clinical setting or relatable industry
* Graduate degree preferred
* Previous technical and managerial experience in conducting clinical pharmaceutical research studies in a hospital setting, a pharmaceutical company, or CRO.
* Previous CRA experience preferred
* Experience or education indicating knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology preferred
* Previous experience in a Clinical Project Manager or Clinical Trial Manager level position preferred
