JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Assists the Project Engineer with being the technical source of information for the project.
Responds to questions about drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and change orders and have responsibility for assisting in writing change orders, RFl's, meeting minutes, and reviewing Submittals.
Maintains an effective and professional working relationship with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
This position includes three 'steps' (I, II and Senior), which provide for a progression of skill and experience.
Step I is the entry level for individuals with a minimum of experience in this position.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Assists Project Engineer in developing and maintaining as-built drawings and other work tasks and assists with or reviews and processes submittals, change orders, RFl's, and budget forecasting.
Ensures the timely and appropriate generation, collection, distribution, storage, retrieval and ultimate disposition of meeting agendas, RFl's and daily reports.

Demonstrates an understanding of the project management plan (PMP) and is involved in support and execution of the plan.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the change management process and performs project scope activities and supports the project team to ensure the work needed to complete the project successfully.
3.
Ensures the administration of the project quality management plan and demonstrates and reinforces a culture of safety throughout the project.
4.
May assist in the calculation of daily production rates and unit costs for self-performed work.
Participates in risk management including identification, analysis, response planning and monitoring and control on a project and demonstrates competency in understanding the environmental control processes for the project and takes corrective actions when necessary.
5.
May be responsible for overseeing/managing the BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordination between Subcontractors and Designers.
6.
May be responsible for the documentation and submittal for the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification of a building and for creating and updating Digital Record Drawings (ORD).
7.
May provide lines, grades and layout as required for the project while maintaining an organized logbook.
8.
May provide the following weekly quantities: maintains accurate quantity logs and reports quantities in compliance with the cost control manual.
Completed logs are to be filed with the project files.
Perform elements of the processes involved in budgeting and controlling costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget.

1/ Gestion du développement produit en lien avec les différentes équipes projets (2 collections par an) : studio de création, artisans développeurs, bureau des orfèvres, équipe qualité et autres intervenants technique
- Coordonner et suivre le développement des nouveaux projets, extensions de ligne et animations de ligne, de la maquette jusqu'à la validation finale, en lien avec les équipes de développement internes
- Créer et entretenir un lien fort avec le Studio Maroquinerie

2/ Animation de l'offre et cycle de vie des produits selon la stratégie métier
- Animer l'offre produit selon le plan de collection défini
- Construire l'offre Modèle-Matière-Couleur des nouveautés et des modèles reconduits
- Suivre la performance globale de l'offre : analyses qualitatives et quantitatives des résultats de ventes
- Briefer les nouveautés aux équipes commerciales lors des mises en collection
3/ Participation au podium (2 fois par an)
- Piloter la campagne des protos présentés au podium
- Rédiger l'argumentaire produits et les documents de communication autour de la collection
- Participer aux missions ponctuelles liées au show-room (Shooting, Film, Scénographie...)
- Former les équipes de ventes podium à la nouvelle collection
4/ Contribution à la réflexion stratégique du périmètre

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable de la Communication Interne, le/ la Responsable du Patrimoine et des savoir-faire Textile aura pour mission de participer à la définition de la stratégie patrimoniale d'HTH, d'assurer la conservation et le développement du fonds d'archives et d'être un ambassadeur de ce patrimoine et des savoir-faire de la filière textile en les faisant rayonner en interne comme en externe.

Principales activités :
1.
Définir et mettre en œuvre un plan stratégique pour le Patrimoine d'HTH
* Proposer un plan stratégique visant la conservation, la valorisation et l'enrichissement du patrimoine textile d'HTH ainsi que le rayonnement des savoir-faire textile de la filière.
2.
Mettre en place des actions de valorisation du Patrimoine
* Concevoir et animer les différentes opérations destinées à faire des archives un lieu d'inspiration.
* Recevoir les visiteurs (internes ou externes), en leur offrant une découverte guidée, approfondie et personnalisée de la collection d'archives.
* Promouvoir les collections d'archives auprès des organismes culturels (régionaux et nationaux), des musées, des écoles, et/ou des entreprises cibles.
* En lien avec les équipes commerciales, de création et de développement en charge des clients externes et internes, orienter et conseiller par sa connaissance fine des collections, les archives adaptées aux briefs de nos clients.

Enrichir et diversifier la collection d'archives de HTH

L'alternance sera réalisée au sein du laboratoire chimie, de l'équipe Expertises Scientifiques et Réglementation d'Hermès Maroquinerie-Sellerie.
La connaissance de la composition chimique des matières est un enjeu majeur du laboratoire d'expertises scientifiques dans le but de mieux comprendre les phénomènes chimiques et de résoudre des alertes qualité.
Sous la responsabilité de l'Ingénieur data et matériaux, l'étudiant interviendra sur diverses missions pour développer et mettre en place des outils d'analyse statistique sur des données physico-chimiques des matières de la maroquinerie.
Missions :

Au sein de la Direction R&D et rattaché au Responsable Développement Formules, vous pilotez le développement des formules soin.
