As a Field Service Representative, a typical day for you might include:
* Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment
* Problem solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, District Service teams
* Completion of field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance, and startup data sheets
* Working with your Manager and/or Regional Service Director to resolve complex escalated issues

As a Services Sales Expert Engineer, the job holder will be directly reporting to the Vice President Field Services for South East Europe and dotted line to the Services Director for Greece & Cyprus.
The main role is to develop and grow the business with digital services across all countries of South East Europe the deployment of the Digital Services, communicate with the services hub to support customer's cases and prepare the solution architecture for Digital Services projects.
What will you do:
* Understand and promote the Digital services offer
* Analysing competitors offer range or positioning and proposing relevant counter actions
* Understanding pricing offer list, financial agreement & terms of cooperation and discount ranges, handling requests for special prices and price negotiation
* Support sales to customers offering digital and advance services offers
* Follow up of existing installed base
* Close collaboration with other sales teams, finance department, product managers, etc.
* Reporting on specific KPIs
* System and business analysis using BI tools
What will make you successful:
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Software or Computer Science Engineering or relevant high education degree from a University or a Technological Institution
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar sales position preferably in a multinational environment
* Sales experience in software, cloud services, asset management
* Knowledge of financial terms for writing contracts and financial offers is desirable
* Proficient oral and written command of the English language
* Advanced PC Skills, especially regarding MS Office Suite (SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus)
* CRM and mobile applications will be considered as a plus
* Strong negotiation & communication skills
* Customer focused, ability to adapt to different client profiles

The Teacher of the Deaf will provide academic, social, and developmental support for individual students in the following settings: home, daycare, preschool, telehealth and other early childhood programs.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide educational assessments for deaf or hard of hearing students.
* Design and implement developmentally appropriate lessons for children with hearing loss utilizing the family's choice of communication modality (e.g.
oral language, sign language, etc.).
* Lead other team members of the multidisciplinary team in developing and implementing goals for each child's IFSP or IEP goals.
* Provide instructional support services to deaf or hard-of-hearing students.
* Provide training to classroom teachers and other building staff in the management of the deaf/hard of hearing student.
* Monitor student's use of educational amplification.
* Maintain communication with administration, teachers and parents regarding the student's educational program.
* Complete Individual Educational Plans and Family Service Plans.
* Maintain updated records on individual students.
