En tant que Responsable du Contrôle de Gestion, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la gestion financière de l'entreprise.
Vous serez responsable de la planification, de l'analyse et du contrôle des performances financières afin de soutenir la prise de décision stratégique et le pilotage en vue de l'atteinte des objectifs annuels de la zone.
Vous êtes garant de la construction, de la fiabilité et de la remontée vers le Groupe des données réelles et prévisionnelles, ainsi que force de proposition pour faire évoluer les processus de construction budgétaire, de suivi des budgets et de clôture.
Vous contribuez au pilotage financier en élaborant et en partageant des analyses sur l'ensemble du P&L et des CAPEX (écarts vs prévisions, risques et opportunités, etc.), en développant des outils de suivi budgétaires et/ou de performance par magasins et/ou départements et/ou projets ainsi qu'au niveau consolidé.
Vous agissez comme un " Business Partner " du comité de direction et des responsables budgétaires.
Pour accomplir cette mission, vous êtes accompagné d'un contrôleur de gestion junior sous votre responsabilité hiérarchique.
RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES
Réaliser les clôtures mensuelles des entités et la remontée des données & analyses :
- Assurer la conformité avec les normes Groupe
- Cadrer et analyser l'ensemble des éléments clé : stocks, marge, frais généraux et autres éléments d'exploitation
- Produire les P&L et les analyses de variations permettant la validation des résultats par la direction financière
- Produire et contrôler l'ensemble reporting au Groupe en collaboration avec la comptabilité
- Présenter les résultats au comité de direction
- Contribuer aux notes de clôtures semestrielles
Coordonner les processus budgétaires / construire les budgets, réestimés et plans à 3 ans :
- Planifier et coordonner les différentes phases du processus
- Développer les outils nécessaires : fichiers, note de cadrage...
- Préparer les données en collaboration avec les responsables budgétaires et le comité de direction
- Produire les P&L et les données clés telles que CAPEX ou Stocks ainsi que les analyses de variations permettant la validation des résultats par la direction financière

Contribuer activement au pilotage de la zone :
- Réaliser et proposer des études en vue d'une amélioration continue de la performance
- Identifier et alerter sur les risques et opportunités
- Développer les outils de suivi de la performance adaptés aux objectifs annuels et aux principaux enjeux
- Accompagner les responsables budgétaires par le développement et la mise à disposition d'outils de pilotage en en enrichissant leur culture financière

Job Summary
The System Operator II and System Operator III are responsible for the safe and reliable operation of CORE’s Transmission and Distribution systems from the Primary or Backup Control Center.
The System Operator II performs bulk electric system (BES) transmission tasks and coordinates normal and emergency operations and switching under the supervision of a System Operator III or Senior.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Monitors and controls CORE’s transmission and distribution system. Uses SCADA to monitor transmission line status, real and reactive power flows, and voltage per NERC requirements.
* Coordinates and monitors switching and clearances on the transmission and distribution system, assigning and scheduling requests for clearing lines and equipment and issuing clearances and non-reclose orders.
* Coordinates routine and emergency switching and operations in accordance with relevant CORE work practices and operating procedures.
