You will mitigate risk through thorough analysis and appropriate verification tools, escalate applications exceeding lending authority to Senior Credit Analyst/Manager/Team Leader and support and promote company cultural values, service standards, and goals in all aspects of performance.
In this position you will communicate credit decisions and rationale to Centers by telephone and through well documented stipulations and recommend alternative options on declined applications upon which the Center may be able to offer.
You must be an effective negotiator and able to structure deals to mitigate risk, be responsive to Center calls, e-mails, and voicemails, as well as maintain and develop Center relationships by building rapport through telephone calls and in-person dealer events.

Feeder Layer - Glendale Plywood
Position Title: Core Feeder/ Layer
Reports to: Lay-Up Line Tender, Supervisor
Department: Lay-Up Line
Hours per shift: Employee works 10-hour shifts, with (3) 10- minute breaks, and (1) thirty minute break.
Wage: Level 4
Position Purpose: The core feeder works as part of a 2-person plywood core station team, which assembles veneer layers into plywood. In a 10-hour shift, the core feeder spends 2 hours feeding core and 2 hours laying core – alternating between the two every 2 hours.
The team works together to place veneers side by side of each other on a conveyer prior to glue being applied.
Line speed travels at an average speed of 72 feet a minute.

Employee turns around and grabs a stack (20#-30#) of bridges and places it on the stand that holds them. Employee uses these pieces as filler for the core line.
This is done by pulling a bridge off of the stand with the top of the stack of bridges being 1 to 1 1/2 feet above the shoulder.
The core layer shares this responsibility with the patcher and it is required an average of twice per minute.

The Delivery Manager (DM) oversees the execution of construction projects such as new office openings, office expansions, roll-ins and other location changes.
Manages the construction work in progress on behalf of ownership to ensure that procedures and materials comply with plans and specifications by performing the following duties.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
* Setting up new projects in company systems and maintaining accurate project files.
* Track project milestones and keep schedules up to date.
* Collect and organize project documents, photos, and checklists from projects.
* Observe work in progress to ensure procedures followed and materials used conform to specifications and submittals.
* Maintain a daily log of construction and inspection activities and compare progress reports.
* Prepare sketches of construction installations that deviate from plans and report such changes for incorporation into record drawings.
