What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
* Identify, review, validate and process all customer purchase orders via our internal systems and trackers.
* Receive requests, review and obtain approvals, and process all purchase order requests from the Site Development Services (SDS) teams for vendors working under agreements with the company.
* Update accounts receivable and goods received status for internal reviews and customer support based on data from internal and external systems.
* Process monthly, site-specific billings as directed for customer-based work that meets "job complete" status.
* Accept approved costs associated with completed work assigned to vendors.
* Provide updates on project controls action items when presented with inquiries from team members and customers.
* Work cross functionally with other team members and groups within the organization.
