General Summary:
The Regional Sr.
Brand Manager, Oral & Fem Care - AMET (Africa, Middle East and Turkey) is responsible for driving the growth model for Fem Care (Stayfree, Carefree) and Oral Care (Listerine) brands in the cluster, reporting to the Essential Health AMET Lead.
Internally, you are a key partner of both Regional (EMEA) and Global marketing teams and works closely with AMET commercial teams.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Implementation and Execution Planning
o Full accountability to deliver in year NTS, GP & share targets and shape the Y2-Y3 plans
o Partners with senior management, lead-markets and cross functional teams in creating a robust End to End plans
o Conducts business reviews with the markets identifying new opportunities and the need to revise plans if necessary.
o Monitors market, brand performance, competitors, trends and consumer insights.
Ensure a deep understanding of the key drivers behind share and sales performance to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
o Leads the 3YOP Plan for Oral and Fem Care.
o Works closely with EMEA squads to echo the needs of the cluster in regard to pipeline development, NPDs, NPIs, commercial innovations, assets / content /claims development for the cluster
o Leads & implements the E2E portfolio management, pricing, promotion and communication strategy across the cluster.
Deploying regional/global communication strategy
o Leads the communication planning for the cluster (comms priorities, calendar, media strategy).
o Provides input to regional and global teams for all content development needs and requirements.
o Adapts or transcreates regional/global campaigns, partnering with agency to amplify these campaigns across the cluster.
o Acts as brand equity guardian for the cluster, ensuring consistency across all markets.

What will you do
The Enterprise Apps Service Operator is accountable to the Platform Service Owner for delivery of Operations Service Support activities completed by Managed Vendors consultants and is accountable for the Reliability and Availability of all Operations Services.
They are responsible for ensuring that Supply Chain ERP Systems remain available, stable, and reliable through effective delivery of Operations Services.
Our Business-Critical ERP systems enable manufacturing and sales and business processes include planning, customer relations, order processing and distribution, financial management and business reporting.
The Enterprise Apps Service Operator is responsible for all ticketed event management activities, as well as recurring continuity and availability activities such as maintenance and software releases.
The Enterprise Apps Service Operator is curious in nature and has a desire to move through management into leadership, taking ever greater accountability, while focusing on ensuring the ERP Operations Services provide meaningful, value driven support which serve to enable and ensure business agility and capability.
The ability to quickly and effectively switch context from one specialist area to the next, and complete against often stretched timelines, leading the Service Support teams to success, while engaging and communicating clearly with senior management is essential.
