General Purpose
The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) oversees the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department for assigned facility or facilities.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Maintain a safe, orderly, clean, and sanitary kitchen and cooking area.
* Prepare tasteful, well-balanced meals and cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
* Follow prepared menus and portion control guidelines accurately.
* Prepare special diets, including pureed foods, as required.
* Record food temperatures during meal preparation and service.
* Maintain proper sanitizer levels (quaternary solution) in sanitizer buckets.
* Assist with meal service and distribution to residents.
* Clean cooking areas, equipment, and serving carts after use.
* Ensure all cleaning schedules are consistently followed.
* Present food in an attractive and appealing manner to residents.
* Work cooperatively and harmoniously with staff across all departments.
* Supervise dietary staff when required and work effectively under supervision.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a cook in a hospital or long-term care facility for one year preferred.
* Ability to read technical procedures.
* Ability to read and follow recipes.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
* Must obtain and maintain ServSafe Certificate.

The Medical Records Coordinator is responsible for the successful utilization of the electronic medical record (EMR). The Medical Records Coordinator will work with physicians, office staff, nursing management and staff to utilize the EMR through auditing, analysis, and training.
Skills Needed:
