RESPONSABILIDADES:
* Executar o planejamento de transporte através da ferramenta TMS (BlueYonder) que promovam a eficiência da operação logística da K-C;
* Fazer interface entre as transportadoras e K-C, distribuindo os transportes ao longo do dia para evitar acúmulos em certos horários e dias e reduzir o risco de perdas de agenda nos clientes;
* Ofertar os transportes para as transportadoras e confirmar a quantidade de veículos disponível.
Em caso de falta de disponibilidade, procurar as transportadoras back-ups daquela região e caso não tenha disponibilidade, acionar o time de execução de transportes e compras para buscar outras alternativas;
* Analisar dados de transportes planejados para identificar oportunidades de melhoria;
* Propor soluções da ferramenta TMS que permitam gerar eficiência nos custos de frete;
* Alinhamento com equipe de Gestão do Pedido para ajustes de pedidos e comunicar deliveries não planejadas.
REQUISITOS:

Job Summary
This position is responsible for resolving and clearing Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) imbalances to ensure accurate balance sheet reporting.
This position will also gather departmental performance data and create daily, weekly, and monthly Accounts Payable KPI reporting, root cause analysis (RCA), vendor reconciliations, month-end reporting, GL reconciliations, and ensure SOX compliance.
This includes analyzing various data sets to resolve and then prevent payment delays.
In addition, this position will coordinate activities between Procurement, IT, Treasury, and other business units and departments is responsible for leading and/or designing department process improvements, resolves any vendor related issues and inquiries, and presents results/conclusions in various reporting requirements.

Job Duties
Prepaid Insurance Accounting - Perform analysis of CITGO's prepaid insurance which includes reviewing policy terms, invoices and preparing summary worksheets to determine the amortization expense and adjustments entries needed as part of close.
Work with the Insurance & Risk department to ensure the completeness of CITGO's prepaid insurance, follow up on existing policies renewals, and identify the need for accruals entries.
Ensure that the insurance expense is allocated to the various business units following the annual approved budget.
Review the accounting records made by our captive management company and ensure the completeness of these records in CITGO's ERP system.
Investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of the company's insurance liabilities using the reserve model provided by the Insurance & Risk department concerning personal, casualty, workman's comp and property loss or damages.

Ensures quality care to Residents by delegation of responsibilities to direct nursing staff based on the acuity of the Resident, and the skills, training and experience of the staff member. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CLINICAL: Coordinates Resident care management on assigned shift and is accountable for the clinical management of Residents.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have current California license, either as a Registered Nurse or as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in the English language. Minimum of one year of experience in long term care which must include direct care of the elderly or the chronically ill.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Frequently must be able to push and pull objects up to 50 pounds. Must be able to lift and carry objects more than 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The ability to perform difficult manipulative skills is expected and will occur occasionally to frequently. Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, squat, bend, and stand and sit for prolonged periods of time, in some cases frequently. Must be able to frequently identify objects at a distance of 50 feet, read fine print and discriminate among colors. Hearing will frequently involve distinguishing normal sounds where there is some background noise.

The Peer Support will assess the client’s personal, medical, emotional, social, and environmental situation to plan for treatment course through home, community, and office visits. They will provide individually based motivational treatment and support to clients to assist them in their recovery from mental illness. The Peer Support will be an advocate for clients and link them to community services as needed. They will provide client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services to clients with severe mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use/addiction disorders utilizing a harm reduction approach.
The Peer Support will provide at least 75% of all community support services in the community. They will complete case management tasks with clients within a shared caseload. The Peer Support will also provide crisis/on-call coverage as directed.
