- Assist the Research Manager with the management and tracking of all applications that have been elevated to the Research Team.

- Monitor daily operations of a unit or sub-unit.
- Direct subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.

Day-in-the-Life of a Pharmacy Technician in-Training:
* Enter prescription information including but not limited to: patient searches, prescriber searches, drug selection, prescription interpretation, insurance billing, and basic documentation.
* Accept customer and prescription information required to process new and refill prescriptions, including refill authorization from doctor offices.
* Retrieve medication from inventory.
* Create prescription labels and put them on prescription containers.
* Place medication into prescription containers.
* Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions and input customer and prescription data into the computer.
* Assist with maintaining the Pharmacy department by keeping it clean and in order.
* Assist in inventory management processes including order review, inventory returns, restocking shelves, and physical inventory preparation.
* Administer Rite Aid programs including FlavoRx, Living More, etc.
Taking care of patients is not a 9-5 job.
Our Pharmacy Technicians come into this role knowing that they will be working weekdays, weekends, evening shifts, and some holidays.

Dishwasher for Adams Place - Independent Living
Adams Place is looking for a Dishwasher to join our team! A Dishwasher performs all duties associated with the washing of the dishes, flatware, pots/pans, utensils, and other items needed in food production and service.
Other duties will vary according to the center's needs and may include tray/meal service.
A dishwasher partner performs various duties such as:
* Properly transport and store dishes, flatware, utensils, pots/pans, etc.
* Clean and sanitize the dish machine and dish room
* Scrape, stack, wash, & sanitize dishes, flatware, utensils, pots/pans, etc
* Wrap flatware if needed
* Bus tables in dining room and clean/sanitize tabletops
* Assist in receiving and storing food/ supplies to prevent waste and assure quality products
* And other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must have a sincere interest in foodservice and enjoy working with the senior care living population and other healthcare patients.
* Must have knowledge of, or possess the desire to learn, therapeutic and modified consistency diets information to use in preparing and serving patient trays.
* Must have knowledge of, or possess the desire to learn, correct sanitation and food safety procedures.
* Must be willing to perform repetitive tasks daily.
* Must possess and use excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Must be able to follow verbal and/or written instructions.
* Must be able to speak and understand English.
* Must have the reading skills needed to properly perform job task which may include reading and understanding chemical labels, SDS, equipment usage instructions, tray tickets, etc.
* Must be in good mental and physical condition.
* Basic computer skills may be beneficial but are not necessary.
* Must work cooperatively and productively with FNS partners as well as non-FNS partners following established policies of the center.
* Must desire to fulfill the responsibilities of the position, must be at work on time and during scheduled shift.
* Must have or obtain an approved Sanitation Course certification, as required by NHC standards and per state regulations.
* Must be able to work under supervision.

- Evaluate subordinates' job performance and recommend appropriate personnel action.
- Identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinates.
- Support the Research Coordinators with paperwork routing.
- Ensure timely determination of daily assignments of elevated cases.
- Report outcomes on an ongoing basis.
- Educate clients via phone and email to support initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.
