Dans le cadre du programme de renouvellement des postes informatiques (PC Refresh) et de l'accompagnement des utilisateurs vers les outils collaboratifs modernes (OneDrive, Sharepoint, ...), l'équipe Proximity Services recherche un(e) stagiaire motivé(e) pour renforcer le suivi opérationnel, le support aux utilisateurs et inciter les utilisateurs à utiliser OneDrive.
Missions :
* Relance sur les tickets PC Refresh :
+ Suivi des tickets ouverts dans l'outil ITSM
+ Relance des utilisateurs (Teams, Téléphone, email) pour accélérer les actions en attente : Prise de rendez-vous, retour des anciens Pcs.
+ Création des tickets Refresh si besoin
* Prise de rendez-vous avec les utilisateurs et techniciens.
* Création de rapports d'avancée des Refresh (Tableaux de bords Excel)
* Aide et formation à l'usage de OneDrive et SharePoint :
+ Accompagnement des utilisateurs dans la prise en main des outils collaboratifs
+ Réalisation de mini-formations ou de guides pratiques
* Masterisation de postes dans le cadre du PC Refresh :
+ Préparation et configuration des nouveaux équipements selon les standards IT
+ Vérification de la conformité avant remise aux utilisateurs

You plan and write the e-invites to customers, then create, print and put-up posters on the noticeboards around the center.
