Vous intègrerez le service qualité de l'usine de Libourne qui a pour mission de s'assurer de la conformité des produits avec les exigences de nos clients.
L'équipe est composée de 15 personnes et vous reporterez directement au responsable qualité de l'entité.
Quelles seront vos missions ? :
Dans le cadre de notre démarche d'amélioration continue et de maîtrise de la qualité des composants achetés, nous vous proposons d'intégrer notre équipe Qualité Fournisseur sur le site de Libourne.
Encadré(e) par le Responsable Qualité Fournisseur, vous serez amené(e) à :
* Analyser les non-conformités fournisseurs : collecter les données issues des contrôles réception, identifier les causes racines, suivre les indicateurs qualité (taux de conformité, PPM, etc.).
* Piloter les plans d'actions correctives : en lien avec les fournisseurs et les équipes internes, vous suivrez la mise en œuvre des actions correctives et préventives (8D, QRQC, DMAIC).
* Participer aux audits qualité fournisseurs : préparation, réalisation sur site ou à distance, rédaction des rapports et suivi des écarts.
* Contribuer à la qualification des nouveaux fournisseurs ou composants : accompagnement des démarches de validation qualité (PPAP, FAI, AMDEC produit/process).
* Améliorer les processus de réception et de contrôle qualité : proposition d'optimisations, digitalisation des supports de contrôle, standardisation des pratiques.
* Collaborer avec les services internes : Achats, Logistique, Production, Qualité Produit, R&D, pour assurer une cohérence globale des exigences qualité.
* Participer à des projets transverses : amélioration de la performance fournisseur, réduction des coøts liés à la non-qualité, digitalisation des outils qualité.
* Contribuer à la sensibilisation qualité : création de supports de formation, animation de sessions internes sur les bonnes pratiques qualité fournisseur.

* Participer à la bonne exécution des process RH dans le respect des valeurs du Groupe
