General Purpose
The IT System Administrator is responsible for the development, administration, and optimization of internal IT tools and systems, ensuring they deliver maximum value to the organization.
This role involves setting up and managing data integrations between various systems, supporting identity management and access control, and collaborating with IT support teams to enhance support tools.
The IT System Administrator plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and enforces configuration control processes to ensure all changes are properly documented, approved, tracked, and validated.
