Coke Florida is looking for a Lead Fleet Mechanic based out of our Tampa location.
We're currently looking for 3:00PM to 11:30PM shift, working Monday through Friday.
What You Will Do:
As a Coke Florida Lead Fleet Mechanic , you will be responsible for scheduling and performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on all company fleet vehicles.
Lead fleet mechanics assist in the scheduling, coaching, and development of other team members.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Train, coach and provide day-to-day direction to team members as needed.
* Coordinate and monitor department repair and employee work schedules.
* Troubleshoot, diagnose and complete repairs on all types of fleet equipment.
* Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles.
* Perform mechanical repairs including engine, clutch, oil changes, washing and cleaning, greasing, transmission, brake repairs, tire changes.
