The Paralegal / Claims Specialist supports the company's Legal and Risk Management functions by assisting attorneys and insurance professionals in the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims and lawsuits.
The role involves direct collaboration with outside counsel, insurance adjusters, and internal Safety and Operations teams.
The Paralegal/Claims Specialist will independently manage the day-to-day handling of routine litigation and claims matters, including discovery, documentation, and coordination with defense counsel.
