* Implement & maintain the Certification /Internal Audit of all plant operations.

+ Create/update Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) inspection instructions covering all workstations
+ Train personnel in CTQ elements at their workstations
+ Develop process audit schedules and perform audits (including product sample inspections) versus Assembly WIs and CTQs.
* Address pertinent floor issues (Assembly & upstream operations) with urgency to aid Manufacturing.

This is a role focused on technical claim handling for Chubb insured's nationwide.
In this role you will manage primary and excess general liability and automobile claims, both litigated and non-litigated.
This role requires an individual to be accountable for the handling and disposition of claims including investigation, coverage determination, reserving, negotiation and settlement or trial strategies.
This position will require some travel, as well as coordinating with and servicing both internal and external business partners.
You will represent the company at meetings with management and business partners, as well as at mediations, settlement conferences and trials.
Responsibilities
* Provides outstanding customer service and works well with the insured, broker and TPA in the adjustment of casualty claims.
* Analyzes coverage and communicates coverage positions.
* Conducts, coordinates, and directs investigation into loss facts and extent of third-party damages.
* Directs and closely monitors assignments to defense counsel and defense team.
* Evaluates information on coverage, liability, and damages to determine the extent of exposure to the insured and the company.

A consistent ask from the marketplace is for Chubb to support construction projects in the energy sector, either for large stand alone projects or across a schedule of projects.
This position will initially focus on developing and enhancing the effectiveness of our underwriting processes in the EAR segment of our Construction/Builders Risk business, including but not limited to classes of business such as renewable energy, utility construction, liquified natural gas plants and technical manufacturing construction classes.
Chubb Major Accounts Energy complements Chubb Bermuda and Chubb Commercial Insurance Energy Resource Services (ERS) current offerings and also supports the established Chubb Energy and Climate+ Industry Practices.
The Natural Resources team writes worldwide property exposures for United States and Canada domiciled entities.
The occupancies we underwrite in the Natural Resources unit are Oil & Gas midstream and downstream, Petrochemicals, Chemical Manufacturing, Power Generation, heavy Process Industries and Mining.
