Your Daily Responsibilities
• You will prepare all materials, tapes, and boxes full of confidential documents to be delivered.
• You will assist the Transportation Specialists in loading and unloading the company vehicles.
• You will process all incoming orders in using wireless scanning technology.
• You will investigate and resolve any order discrepancy for incoming or outgoing orders.
• You will prepare the necessary paperwork for the day’s deliveries.
• You will somedays start your day in the records center, loading your company vehicle of materials, recycling bins and/or boxes full of confidential documents, and preparing the necessary paperwork for your deliveries.
• You will somedays spend part of your day on the road, going from client location to client location to pick up materials to be shredded or bring back to the Record Center for storage.
More About You
• A valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conducting intensive outpatient (IOP) groups, individual counseling and psychoeducation.
* Follow established guidelines in Addictive Disease Program Plan.
* Individual counseling as clinically indicated.
* Complete Behavioral Health Assessments (BHA's) /Service Plan Development (SPD's), and all other supporting assessments, including UDS, & documentation for individuals affiliated with Haralson IOP.
* Follow-up calls with referrals and participation in Treatment/consultation/clinical team meetings.
* Complete monthly Treatment Plan reviews and discharge/transition person's served, as clinically indicated.
* Intensive Outpatient Program clinician conducting monthly audits for IOP staff.
(As Needed)
* Other duties as assigned by Director of Addictive Disease Operations, AD Regional Manager(s), as needed to meet expanding needs of individuals served.
