As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer and Community Banking, technology team, you work with your fellow stakeholders to define non-functional requirements (NFRs) and availability targets for the services in your application and product lines.

In this role, you will be accountable for:
* Individual risk selection for accounts generating an annual premium less than $100,000.
* Assuming a producer relationship and account leadership role in the achievement of profit, growth, and retention for assigned book of business
* Working closely with key producers on all Portfolio accounts for assigned territories
