Votre rôle :
Vous et votre équipe appliquerez et ferez évoluer les normes mondiales UX de Schneider pour répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs locaux et mondiaux dans la gestion des bâtiments et de l'énergie.
Grâce à des initiatives de recherche utilisateur, vous comprendrez profondément les besoins et les comportements des utilisateurs de l'énergie numérique sur différents marchés, en particulier les gestionnaires d'installations, les experts en énergie et les professionnels de la gestion de l'énergie.
Vous constituerez et mentorerez une équipe UX avec des spécialités à travers notre matrice de carrière en design tout en favorisant les relations et la collaboration avec d'autres fonctions et groupes de design.
