What You Will Do
* Integrate best maintenance technologies into predictive, preventative, and condition-based maintenance programs
* Provides reliability support for capital and expense projects
* Provide support to operations areas with an emphasis on short and long-term reliability improvements
* Provide leadership to drive continuous improvement with asset and site reliability
* Participate and lead Root Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) efforts to identify root causes of complex and/or repetitive problems and put in place executable corrective actions
* Develop, implement, and support preventative and predictive maintenance strategies for new and existing equipment (vibration analysis, lubrication program, oil analysis, ultrasonic, infrared, NDT, thermography, MCE testing, and precision maintenance)
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, OR mechanical reliability experience in an industrial manufacturing, oil & gas, or military environment (i.e., Quality Inspector, Certified Weld Inspector, etc.)

Machinist Grinder/Die Sharpener- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Working with technologically advanced CNC machine tools up to 5 axis and creating complex parts from various metals safely, effectively, and efficiently in a facility that is responsible for creating the machines that produce top-notch products for nearly ¼ of the world’s population is challenging work. It’s worth it when you’re recognized often by your manager, supported by your team, and see those essential products being used by your own loved ones each day.
In this role you will be part of a high performing team. Machine tools include cylindrical and surface grinders, as well as CNC vertical mills, horizontal mills, and lathes, and a variety of hand tools and inspection tools normally used by machinists.
You will need to read and interpret complex engineering drawings in order to manufacture complex parts and equipment.
Additionally, you will work to ensure and maximize team performance/results through skill diversity and development.
As a member of the team, you will contribute your individual skills and talents to help advance the team to meet facility goals and objectives.

Work Hours:
* Four 10-hour days
* Schedule is 3 PM to 1 AM Monday through Thursday
* Overtime as required.
* Flexible to work some weekends as needed to meet customers’ delivery needs and maximize asset utilization.
