As a Corporate Security Officer, you will be responsible for directly and indirectly provide safety, security, and outstanding customer service for all employees, contingent workers, vendors, and visitors at the Best Buy Bloomington Campus, while working a variety of security posts.
You will utilize a variety of technology-based systems to support access control, yard management, and video surveillance.
You will support fostering a strong security culture within the organization by promoting security awareness and accountability at all levels.
Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills are crucial for ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and information.
Hours are Monday – Friday from 7:00am – 3:00pm
What you’ll do
* Monitor and respond to incidents related to physical access control, video surveillance and yard management systems.
* Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and helping educate employees and visitors on Best Buy safety and security policies and procedures.
* Understand and support a variety of security posts throughout the Bloomington Campus including participating in physical security checks of the interior and exterior of the facility (which may include extended standing, and walking stairs).
