Position Summary
The Senior Manager of External Reporting will play a critical role in overseeing the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to lenders, sponsors, and external auditors.
The role will require in-depth knowledge of private equity reporting requirements, financial statement preparation, and the audit process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Company’s external reporting activities while maintaining a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency.
This role will provide a strategic opportunity to contribute to the Company’s financial operations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for lender covenants and private equity sponsors, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met
