The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Meets daily production goals.
Duties will include processing donations; sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor. Greets and assists guests and/or donors.
Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned.
Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of production, as directed.

* Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).

About the Role
Responsible for assisting lenders and mortgage leaders in a variety of capacities to achieve department goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage assigned loan pipeline and provide quality control which includes but not limited to: completing client applications, processing loan denials, determining pre-qualification standards, completing disclosures, writing loan narratives, locking interest rates, and preparing in-house loans for management approval.

* Responsible for operational excellence and regulatory compliance, ensuring residential lending portfolio is compliant with regulatory requirements.
