We are seeking Training Specialists to join our team supporting our Internal Revenue Service (IRS) client.
The Training Specialists will execute and coordinate training programs including conducting training sessions, organizing logistics for events, tracking completion rates, and assessing training needs.
The Training Specialists will assist in creating training materials and monitor the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and assessments.
Position is remote within US.
*Positions are contingent on contract award.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and develop training curriculum and training materials.
- Create and develop training scenarios and update comprehensive training environment data resources to ensure that systems training mimics the production environment systems tools used by employees on a daily basis.
