Maximus is seeking a Senior Technician, Salesforce to support stakeholders such as Finance, Sales, IT, Legal, HR, PMO, Security, and others that use our internal Salesforce instances to track and manage critical corporate activities.
This is a remote position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform user and license management for Salesforce including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
- Respond to, triage, and track to completion, user support tickets and requests.
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders; document these requirements as stories/features and work with development team to test and deploy changes.
- Create and communicate training documentation to users.
- Perform basic configuration changes like field updates, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and permission settings.

Maximus is seeking a Senior Technician, Salesforce to support stakeholders such as Finance, Sales, IT, Legal, HR, PMO, Security, and others that use our internal Salesforce instances to track and manage critical corporate activities.
This is a remote position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform user and license management for Salesforce including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
- Respond to, triage, and track to completion, user support tickets and requests.
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders; document these requirements as stories/features and work with development team to test and deploy changes.
- Create and communicate training documentation to users.
