* Must possess at least one of the following certifications:
+ ACI: Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1;
+ TXAPA Certifications (Level 1B HMA Roadway Specialist, Level 1A HMA Plant Production Specialist, etc.)
+ ICC: Soils, Concrete, Masonry, Commercial Building Inspector, Spray-applied Fireproofing;
+ NICET II (geotechnical or construction, or construction material testing or soils);
+ AWCI EIFS inspector; UL or FM firestop examination
* Valid driver's license and reliable driving record
* Must be able to work off shift and overtime as needed
* Ability to lift, move, push and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently.
Occasionally, over 50 pounds with assistance.
* Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, (hearing) and to make the discriminations in sound.
* Ability to kneel and squat occasionally
* Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
