What You'll Be Doing
As a Part-Time AM Shift LVN, you will:
* Provide exceptional direct nursing care to residents with professionalism and compassion
* Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care during AM shifts
* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
* Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
* Complete required charting and maintain accurate documentation
* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
* Respond quickly and effectively to resident needs and emergencies
* Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
* Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and wellbeing
* Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
Whether assisting with evening routines, medication passes, family communication, or clinical support, you play an essential role in creating a positive and caring experience for our residents every shift.

What You Bring
* Active California LVN license in good standing
* Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
