Position Description / Key and Responsibilities:
* To build commercial relationship with Key Account farm in the South to increase penetration and sales volume of animal health livestock products.
* Find out and negotiate with Key Account farms to make sure maximize availability & sales volume of Elanco products in the farm.
* Propose ideas and coordinate with Technical consultant to build up high quality tailored-made technical service to each KA farm including technical training/technical consultancy.
* Propose special promotion as well as pricing policy for each key accounts (KA).
* Ensure customers payment is in time and in line with Elanco policy
* Update market situation as well as competitors’ profile and propose anticipate actions timely;
Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):
* University degree in Veterinary Science or in Animal Husbandry
* Minimum 3 years sales experience (as KA sales or CSM) with aninal health products.
Skills and Knowledge:
* Good at English both written and spoken
* Competency in MS Office “excel”, with developed reporting skills as well as power point and word
* Willing to travel
* Have strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal/communication skills with reliable follow-through

Your Role: Scientist - Quality Control Lab
The Quality Control Laboratory (QCL) Scientist provides technical support to laboratory operations, manages and executes lab-related projects, and identifies areas for assay improvement.
This role includes coordinating non-routine analytic work and sample analysis to support projects, as well as routine testing of in-process and final product samples for veterinary vaccine release.
The scientist will also be responsible for maintaining and updating testing documents, supporting documents, regulatory documents, and quality control procedures, ensuring adherence to site and regulatory guidelines.
Your Responsibilities:
* Ensures adherence to all safety policies and procedures, proactively identifies and mitigates safety risks, and sets a positive example for safety practices within the laboratory environment.
* Develops and maintains procedures compliant with Elanco and regulatory standards, identifies and mitigates compliance risks, thoroughly investigates assay issues and atypical laboratory results to determine root causes, and implements effective corrective and preventative actions, documenting findings in detailed reports.
* Actively cultivates a culture of continuous improvement within laboratory operations, transforming processes while adhering to site quality systems and guidelines, and leads continuous improvement initiatives and projects in the QC Laboratory, collaborating with external resources as necessary.
* Designs, conducts, and oversees the execution of laboratory experiments, including investigations, analytical method development, validation, and transfer, provides technical guidance on analytical topics, method improvements, troubleshooting, and regulatory initiatives, and delivers effective training for Quality Control Technicians.
